John Frisken, CA, CISA, Owner ISG, and Chief Technology Officer UTSG (APAC) Pty Limited

John is a Certified Information Systems Auditor with ISACA and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Prior to forming the Information Systems Group in 1995, John was a Principal in Ernst & Young.

John leads the Information Systems Group and also serves as the Chief Technology Officer for UTSG (APAC) Pty Limited.  UTSG is a partner leveraged organisation delivering IT Solutions and Managed Services to hundreds of organisations across Australia, Asia Pacific and the United States.  UTSG APAC has for several years being Microsoft's largest services partner in Asia Pacific.

John is the business solution architect for ISG’s development project in Toyota Motor Corporation, NSW Health, Sensis, and a range of other clients in the public and private sector.  These systems utilise Web Service XML message queues to connect and orchestrate a range of interfaces with critical applications including SAP R3 and Cerner Patient Mangement Systems.

John has also led the development of Information Security Frameworks for State Transit, Sydney Water, NSW Police, NSW Ombudsman, Police Integrity Commission, and Sydney Catchment Authority as part of the certification of these authorities to the International Security Standard ISO 27001 by the NSW Government. He also leads the Serena and Symantec practices of ISG and manages the major deployment of IT Governance solution for these vendors in Australia.

Milton Baar - Co-founder ISG and Principal Cyber Security Researcher

Milton Baar worked at Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse throughout his career prior to establishing ISG as specialist IT Security and Governance Consultancy in 1995 with John Frisken.

Milton has undertaken Information Security and Management, BCP and DRP assignment continually since 1988. He has used AS/NZS7799 and AS/NZS4360 as the basis of most assignments since 1997 as well as PSM2000 and ACSI33 where required. He has extensive experience implementing Enterprise Information Security Frameworks, managing projects and sub-projects and leading teams.

As well as extensive business expertise, Milton is a lecturer at Macquarie University, teaching Postgraduate students skills in Information Security. Milton participated in the development of the Macquarie University Cyber Security Lab. He has built the ISG Security Lab over the last five years comprising a range of tools and platforms, including Windows, UNIX, Linux, and VMS.

Christian Heinrich - ISG Principal Security Consultant

Christian Heinrich is a principal Information Security consultant with ISG and has contributed to the development of many of the IT Security tools and methods in use within the Group today.

He has presented at a number of industry forums including OWASP Conferences in Australia, Europe and USA, ToorCon (USA), Shmoocon (USA), SecTor (Canada), CONFidence (Europe), Hack In The Box (Europe), SyScan’09 (Singapore), RUXCON (Australia) and AusCERT (Australia)

Christian Heinrich has over fourteen years professional experience and has been promoted several times within the Australian Government based on his performance within projects for the Defence and Intelligence Services. By reputation, this lead to several more projects within the three Major Banks of Australia and other NSW Government Critical Infrastructure Agnecies.  Christian is widely regarded as the "Thought Leader" for Security within the Media and Entertainment industries and has filled the role of Chief Security Officer at both News Limited and Foxtel.

Sarah McCulloch - IT Process Improvement Manager

Sarah McCulloch is a senior consultant with ISG and manages process related activities in our consulting and development practices.  Sarah has worked in the HealthCare and IT industries managing IT process improvement initiatives.

Sarah is an IT Service and Quality Management consultant specialising in the implementation of ISO standard based solutions. Sarah leads our practice in the application of ISO standards for ISO20000 (ITSM) and ISO 9000 (Quality). She has a MBA in E-Strategy and certfication in ITIL and Quality Management. She has a wide range of experience and industry certification that allow her to assist clients to create policies, devise work practices and implement new systems to support the implementation of these standards.

In previous roles Sarah has has worked in Change and Configuration Management, Quality and Audit roles for organisations such as Harbour MSP, iSoft HealthCare Systems, and a range of other technical organisations implementing ISO standards or other process improvement initiatives.  Sarah is familiar with ITSM solutions from vendors such as Service Now and Serena.

Audrey Michiels - Lead .Net Developer

Audrey is an information systems consultant specialising in Web development. Audrey brings a wealth of knowledge to ISG’s technical software solutions team. She has worked extensively in the area of web and database development, and leads our custom development practice.

Audrey leads technical development for Toyota Motor Crporation, NSW Health and Sensis.  Audrey combines her knowledge of technical development frameworks and  .Net development platform to design and contruct solutions that simplify people work and allow them to more easily manage their data.  In her previous roles Audrey has been responsible for the development of large-scale web applications for social networking and e-commerce sites.

Particular development technologies that Audrey has proficiency in include the .Net framework, SQL Server and a range of web-based tools such as AJAX, Web Services, JavaScript, CSS, ASP and PHP.
