ISG were selected to undertake a review to identify initiatives to improve the functioning of Information Technology within Scalabrini Village.  As part of the review interviews with directors and a survey of staff and managers were taken to rate the functioning of IT and identify suggestions for improvement.  The review developed a series of architectural models of the organisation which were used as a basis for refining new processes, activities and structures for the IT function and how it supports and interacts with the rest of the organisation. The findings of the review where documented into an IT Strategy for Scalabrini Village.
